As part of The Best Of Dubai: A Dining Experience series by award-winning author Flavel Monteiro, Chef Vinu Raveendran welcomes Chef Matthijs Stinnissen to a four hands at Carnival by Trèsind on 21 and 22 January 2021.

Both chefs bring their own personal unparalleled culinary flair to the table.

Both, Matthijs Stinnissen and Vinu Raveendran bring a special dining experience; the menu is an amalgamation of the creativity of these two brilliant artists.

Merging cultures, flavors, ingredients and techniques from different regions, it showcases a modern take on Indian street food and a progressive take on some of the classic dishes.

The dining experience narrates the culinary journey that these brilliant minds have gone through.Homage to Dubai and part of The Best of Dubai initiative, the menu features a special dish inspired by Emirati culture – a take on Lamb Machboos made with 12 hour braised lamb, heirloom baby carrots with labneh, yuzu aioli and bomba rice.

All-in-all, this one-of-a-kind dining journey is better experienced than explained.

Seats are extremely limited and early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
