After the success of ‘Almost, Maine’, H72 Productions presents Nick Payne’s Constellations, an unusual love story with a twist of string theory at The Junction, Alserkal Avenue on Friday 24 and Saturday 25August 2018.
The play is directed by Roli Agrawal and produced by Akansha Mittal Goenka.
There is a beekeeper and then there is a physicist, the chances of the two crossing paths let alone fall in love are slim to none, but as it happens, fate had other plans.
This is not your typical boy meets girl story, it is less and more than that. It is about chance and another chance of meeting someone once and then once again.
This is the story of Marianne, a physicist who theorizes that in a single moment the possibilities are infinite and Roland, a simple beekeeper who just wants to make the best honey possible.
Together they embark on a journey that starts from a chance meeting and develops to a meaningful relationship.
Along the way, we as the audience see all possibilities of what may have been.
Watch how in one moment you could have none to infinite possibilities of falling in love or missing the love of your life without realising.
The play is set to leave you questioning the way you make decisions in your life, long after you have walked away from the theatre.
