Dubai World Cup 2020 will be held at Meydan Grandstand & Racecourse on Saturday 28 March 2020.

Created through the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Dubai World Cup provides a truly global stage upon which the best horses in the world come to compete every year.

The biggest sporting and social occasion on the Dubai calendar, the US$35m race day is held at Meydan Racecourse on the last Saturday in March.

It is the conclusion of the UAE racing season, featuring nine high-class races including six Group 1 and three Group 2 contests. Racing is brought to a close by the the US$10m Dubai World Cup, won in 2018 and 2019 by Thunder Snow.

Guests on Dubai World Cup day can choose from a variety of hospitality options to suit every budget.

GENERAL ADMISSION
The General Admission fee is AED 20 per person for the public areas of the racecourse on Dubai World Cup day though children under 12 years of age will be admitted free.

This area gives access to a limited section within the Meydan Grandstand with a number of Grandstand seats available boasting excellent views.

With sufficient room on the vast apron area between the track and the Grandstand, visitors on the sides of the apron can get a close view of the thoroughbreds in the Parade Ring, before and after the race.

A variety of food and beverage outlets are available in the Food Court on the Mezzanine Floor which offers dining tables to General Admission Patrons.

All food and drinks on the premises must be bought from one of the outlets within the Meydan Grandstand.

Please note that alcoholic beverages are not available for sale or purchase in this area.

Visitors are permitted not to bring their own food and drinks on site.
