Description

There's no Halloween party like an Elrow Halloween party! Elrow - El Triangulo de las Rowmudas with Kölsch, De La Swing and Eddy M at Soho Beach DXB on Friday 1 November 2019.

Kölsch
Well known for his productions Rune Reilly Kölsch has sold millions of records all over the world under his many different monikers and production work.

For Danish Native Rune Reilly Kölsch, Kompakt is the “perfect label” to call “home.”

The much- revered Cologne-based imprint released Kölsch’s seminal LP ‘1977’ in 2013, continuing a tradition of providing ground breaking and genre-defining cuts.

Kölsch’s work proved to rewrite the rulebook on techno production, setting it on a melodic, emotion-induced course.

Rune’s first critically acclaimed album release, ‘1977’, which is full of timeless tracks such as Loreley, Opa, Oma and Goldfisch, signifies the year of his birth and draws inspiration from his culturally diverse upbringing.

Rune himself notes, “being half Irish, half German and living in Denmark – it was all one big messy period of my life.”

Living in Christiania, an anarchic hippie commune in Copenhagen while spending school summers in Germany with his grandparents, Rune recalls how ‘1977’ was a product of “reminiscing about what shaped me as a kid” and “the weird ideas and concepts I had on my mind at the time.”

Kölsch continues to perform to the highest calibre, serving an acclaimed Essential Mix for Pete Tong to the BBC Radio 1 listeners, setting the Fabric main room alight with his sound, playing Space Terrace – in his words “a boyhood dream since I started going to Ibiza in 1999” and opening Ushuaia in 2015.

De La Swing
Born in Madrid in the 80’s, Domingo Bellot starts his musical career at the age of 16. Influenced in its beginnings by techno and drum&bass, his technical skills, ability to connect with the crowd and he’s diverse musical style has made him one of the most versatile DJ´s in Spain.

Over the past 5 years De La Swing has shared turntables with different top level Djs as Marco Carola, Loco Dice, Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Laurent Garnier, Joseph Capriati, Adam Beyer, Paul Ritch, Paco Osuna or Vitalic among others, and has played at festivals like Monegros Desert Festival (Spain), Eastern Electric Festival (London),Kingsday Madness (Holland), We are Together (Marseille), Plages Electroniques (Cannes), Ultra Cape Town/Johannesburg & Origin Festival (South Africa), resulting rapidly a well-known and familiar DJ in countries as Spain, France, Italy and Holland.

Since 2010 this Madrid born is one of the emblematic ElRow residents, the after hour based in the ever growing electronic hub of Barcelona, that has become one of the best clubs worldwide, brainchild of the organisers of Europe's only desert festival, Monegros, and owners of the acclaimed techno club Florida 135 in Fraga, Huesca.

Equally important are his recent ElRow residencies during the summer season in Privilege Ibiza -in 2012 and 2013- and Space Ibiza in 2014.

De la Swing is that type of non-conformist artist which lives in a continuous sound evolution, where the depth, darkness and fun are always present in his sets and throughout which he shows his creativity and innovation on stage, driving his passion and vibrancy to create a different story every time, while establishing a unique connection with the crowd.

Eddy M
With a residency in the world’s most in demand club brand Elrow, Eddy M really is one of tech-house and techno’s top DJs to watch.

Eddy’s musical journey began in the town of Messina in Sicily, Italy, where his love of rhythm and beats saw him play drums in bands since the tender age of twelve.

He later graduated to Palermo’s European School of Jazz where he took his talent to the next level by studying piano, guitar and percussion.

Eddy began producing in 2010, taking inspiration from his classical training and influence from his love for the old school, particularly 90’s hip hop in the form of Cypress Hill, Tribe Called Quest and Ice Cube, to create his own unique form of tech house and techno.

In 2012, Eddy relocated to Barcelona, Spain, to launch the next phase of his career and hasn’t looked back.

Since then he has launched his own label - Drumkit Records, and played at some of the best known clubs and festivals in the world including; Mysteryland, Dreambeach Festival, BCM Mallorca, Fabrik Madrid and a number of performances at Space Ibiza including the closing parties in both 2015 and 2016 where he shared the line up with “his God” Carl Cox.
