Parekh & Singh are a pop duo from Kolkata, India.
Nischay Parekh sings, plays guitar, keyboards and synths. Jivraj Singh plays drums, drum machines and effects.
Friends, enemies, neighbours and brothers - they wrestle, play table tennis, eat, think, argue, play chess and roam the streets, but, above all, this duo makes music of whimsical and magical beauty.
Parekh & Singh’s second LP, ‘Science City’, sees our sharp-suited star-gazers materialising in another dimension - a retro-future world of doctors and scientists, quantum mechanics and plans to unlock the secrets of the universe.
With Science City, Parekh & Singh have committed 11 of the freshest, dreamiest pop tracks to the cosmos and the world suddenly seems somehow lighter, brighter, better.
Supporting them on the night is singer/songwriter and recording artist, Varsha Vinn.
Originating from India, she started writing songs at the age of 14 and is currently studying Songwriting and Music Business at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, performing to audiences all over India and Dubai.
Her latest single, ‘Reveal Me’ has garnered over half a million views on YouTube which means she’s on the right path to becoming a future star.
