The NSO Symphony Orchestra Movie Music Gala at Dubai Opera on Saturday 20 February 2021.
The UAE-based NSO Symphony Orchestra, conducted by NSO Music Director Andrew Berryman, will perform everyone’s favourite film music.
From the classics to contemporary tunes, including the iconic Star Wars title theme, the swashbuckling Pirates of the Caribbean, heart-warming Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7, 2nd movement from The King’s Speech, Carl Orff’s epic O, Fortuna from Carmina Burana, the powerful Gladiator title theme and many more.
Special guest artist, Emirati pianist and composer Hamad Altaee, will perform one of his pieces, Journey of Victory, accompanied by NSO.

- Doors open 30 minutes before the show begins.
- Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break.
If you are driving and plan to self-park, there are underground parking spaces available.
- Paid parking spaces in very close proximity to Dubai Opera are available at Green Parking.
- Green Parking is a flat rate of AED 40 per visit starting from 2 hours before the show.
- You can access the P3 underground parking entrance on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, the entrance to the underground parking is located just after the Dubai Opera hashtag on the right.
Wearing a face mask is mandatory at all times even inside the auditorium, gloves are optional.
- We have limited our seating capacity to maintain social distancing within the auditorium.
