UAE Vine Festival 2021 continues with Food & Wine Pairing 101 at The Lighthouse on Wednesday 31 March 2021.
Who doesn’t love a classic wine and food pairing, whether it’s steak and cabernet, pizza and Chianti, or oysters and champagne?
In this introductory course, we’ll break down the key to a successful pairing, learn how sugar, spice, and umami react with different wines and then put your new skills into practice with a multi-course wine and food pairing degustation.

- clear gap of three meters between each
- clear marking and signage
- physical distancing to avoid crowding.
