We’re back for our last collaboration of the season, and as always, we’re signing off in style.
10 hours of non-stop house and techno at the UAE’s premiere beach side venue.
Acid Pauli
Over the last 20 years Martin Gretschmann has been exploring new fields of music off the mainstream paths: psychedelic, adventurous and full of musicality.
Acid Pauli is Martin Gretschmann’s club-oriented live set. It has morphed over the years into an advanced DJ performance, incorporating not only techno and house but a wide variety of music across genres beyond dance music.
As a versatile musician, Martin is equally comfortable performing at Techno Clubs in New York or Ibiza as he is producing radio plays and writing film music.
Martin Buttrich
Martin Buttrich is famously as fluent behind a mixing console as in front of a virtual drum kit.
That technical prowess, combined with a fascination for music of every shape, has resulted in outstanding releases on influential labels such as Planet E, Four:Twenty, Cocoon, Poker Flat, Nervous and Desolat.
He’s also put his sonic thumbprint on many big ticket artists, notably receiving a Grammy nomination for a Tori Amos remix in 2003.
Such diverse musical horizons are rare. While other prolific artists may have slowly watered down their music, Buttrich’s star has risen in diametric opposition.
HOSH
He might have been touring the world and turning out essential productions for more than a decade now, but in 2017 HOSH is more vitalised than ever.
Part of the reason for this is that the German born artist recently moved to Ibiza.
Not in pursuit of the party life, but instead for the natural peace and beauty the White Isle offers.
It has meant he has found himself happily locked away, making beats for months and taking a break from touring.
Not worried about whatever anyone else is doing, he has instead focussed on what makes him unique, and that is to be equal part DJ and producer
Bas Ibellini
London based artist, signed to Tuskegee, Crosstown Rebels and founder of the "Peculiar" party. If we followed Bas Ibellini around the world over the past few years, our memories might be stained with sweaty heaving crowds, beaches in Ibiza, dancefloors in New York, after-parties in London, and festivals in Mexico.
In recent years, he has had the opportunity to perform at venerable night clubs including Fabric, DC10, Fuse Brussels and Output New York; alongside invitations to appear at key festivals including Sunwaves Romania and BPM in Mexico.
