Central to the story was the wish to create a relaxed, convivial and fuss-free ambiance for guests to linger.

About Us
Publique is the second venture from the team behind the critically-acclaimed French restaurant on Dubai Marina, Bistro Des Arts.
Created by long-time friends and colleagues Jonathan and Julien, the idea of Publique was born out of a desire to offer something different, namely ‘a bar apart from the others’.
A gathering space, designed to bring friends together away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Jonathan and Julien wanted to recreate the fun, unpretentious atmosphere of an alpine ski chalet,combined with authentic food and crafted cocktails, and so, Publique came to life.
