We’re bringing you the best presenters on the planet. For the first time ever in the Middle East, global superstars and Les Mills Program Directors Rachael Newsham and Lisa Osborne will being joining our local trainer team.
We’re also securing additional instructors from around the globe - these names will be announced closer to the date, so watch this space!

About Les Mills Workouts
Les Mills workouts are designed for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. It’s your workout so you put in what you want to. Each workout will be delivered by our international presenter team who will coach you through and motivate you to push to your max – you’ll be surprised what happens outside of your comfort zone!
What To Bring
We will supply all the equipment you need. However if you are attending BODYBALANCE™ and/or CXWORX™ and prefer to use a mat, please bring your own.
There will be catering vendors on site, but feel free to bring snacks, food and plenty of water.
It’s a good idea to bring some changes of clothing, towels and deodorant as you’ll probably be sweating up a storm!
