The Fridge Concert Series is back with Series 26 with an EP Launch for local band The Deer Hum at The Fridge, Alserkal Avenue on Monday 7 May 2018.
The Deer Hum are a Dubai-based, five piece indie/alternative act comprising of Andrei Ramos (Lead vocals/Guitars/Keys), Yohaan Samuel (Rhythm guitar/Backing vocals), Manuel Nivia Obando (Lead guitar), Alvin Ramos (Bass) and JJ Deligero (Drums/Backing vocals).
With musical influences ranging from Hans Zimmer to Frank Ocean, Switchfoot to Michael Jackson, ethnicities within the band spanning India, the Philippines and Colombia, The Deer Hum’s catchy and introspective originals reflect the life lived in the UAE.
They will be supported by the local legends, Vandalye!
For VANDALYE, Music is all about creating passionate moods.
Their guitar / piano driven sound is for the new generation living global and endowed with sentiences.
