Description

The Globe Theatre invites you to watch The Two Noble Kinsmen filmed from Shakespeare’s most famous stage, the Globe Theatre from Monday 18 to Sunday 31 May 2020.

Inspired by the play’s Morris language and references, The Two Noble Kinsmen is set in a pastoral ‘Merrie England’.

Shakespeare and Fletcher’s tragicomedy is brought to life by former Northern Broadside’s Artistic Director, Barrie Rutter, with original music composed by acclaimed folk musician Eliza Carthy, and dance choreographed by Ewan Wardrop.

Experience the magic of the wooden O from the comfort of your very own home as we release six of our Globe Player films for free over the next couple of months.

Each film will be streamed for free on our YouTube channel: subscribe now and set yourself a reminder to ensure you don’t miss out.

Films will be available on demand from the date of their release for 14 days.
